FORM RELAY · A WORDPRESS PLUGIN

Every form, on every site,
managed from one place.

Form Relay turns one WordPress install into the form backend for all of your static sites. Paste one script tag. Every submission lands in one inbox and ships through the mail provider you already trust.

Works with HTML sites, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel, WordPress · no backend required on the site that hosts the form.

one beam in · one destination per form
Astro, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, HTML5, Netlify, Vercel, Webflow, WordPress

Any HTML form.
No backend, no framework.

Keep your markup and your CSS. Add two attributes and one script tag. Form Relay validates, filters spam, stores the submission and sends the email, then tells the page what happened.

Prefer zero markup? Drop <div data-frl-form="contact" data-frl-site="…"></div> and the form renders itself. There’s an iframe too, and a [form_relay] shortcode for WordPress.

One dashboard.
Every client, every form.

Websites, not just forms

Each client site is a first-class record with its own public site key and an origin allow-list. A form only works on the websites you assign it to.

Delivery you already trust

Form Relay hands every message to wp_mail(). WP Mail SMTP, SendGrid, Postmark, SES, Resend… whatever you’ve set up keeps working. Reply-To is the visitor.

Spam handled quietly

Honeypot, per-IP and per-site rate limits, and Cloudflare Turnstile with per-website keys. Bots get a fake “thanks” and never reach an inbox.

One inbox for all of it

Filter by website, form, date and delivery status. Export CSV. Re-send a notification. Keep IP and user agent, or don’t. Retention is a setting.

Test Mode

Flip a form to Test Mode and every email reroutes to you, subject tagged [TEST], with a bright badge so you remember to flip it back.

Bring your Contact Form 7 forms

Import existing CF7 forms in one click: fields, recipients, subject, body and the autoresponder come across. CF7 isn’t required afterwards.

Three steps,
about five minutes.

01

Add a website

Register the client’s domain. It gets a public site key and a list of allowed origins. That’s the whole security model, plus rate limits and spam checks.

02

Build the form

Add fields, pick who gets the email, write the subject with {tokens}, set a redirect. Assign it to the website. Or import it from Contact Form 7.

03

Paste the embed

Copy the generated snippet into any page. Hand-written HTML, an auto-rendered div, an iframe, or a shortcode. Submissions start arriving.

Simple pricing.

Requires WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.1+. An SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP, Post SMTP) is recommended for deliverability.

Questions,
answered.

No. The site that hosts the form only needs HTML and one script tag. Form Relay runs on your WordPress install and does all of the work there. Plain HTML, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel and GitHub Pages all work.

No. The browser only sends field values. Recipients, CC/BCC and the From address come from the form’s server-side configuration. Headers are sanitized against injection and the public site key carries no admin privileges.

Every form is assigned to specific websites, and every website has an explicit list of allowed origins. Submissions from anywhere else are refused with a 403 and logged. Rate limiting, a honeypot and optional Cloudflare Turnstile sit on top of that.

All of them, because Form Relay never talks to a provider directly. It calls wp_mail() and lets your SMTP plugin deliver. If you switch from SendGrid to Postmark next year, nothing in Form Relay changes.

Not today. You install the plugin on a WordPress site you control and you own the data. That’s the point: one hub you run, for every client you serve.
